SouqNile is a hybrid shopping experience: we feature deals from Amazon Egypt, as well as products you can order directly from SouqNile or verified sellers inside our app. The purchase channel is clearly indicated on every product.

How we display prices

We display the recorded price and the last update time. If there is an original price, we calculate the discount directly from it. Since prices and availability may change, please check final details at the point of purchase before paying.

How prices are updated

The last update time is visible on the product card and page, so you can evaluate how fresh the information is before making a decision. The update time does not guarantee that the price or stock hasn't changed since.

Why prices might change

Prices, stock, and delivery fees can change. For Amazon deals, final details are those shown on Amazon. For direct orders, the app displays the total and delivery fees available for your address before order confirmation.

Amazon Egypt Deals

When you select an Amazon product, we redirect you to the product page on Amazon Egypt. Review the seller, price, availability, shipping, and return policy there before completing the purchase.

SouqNile Direct Orders

Direct products go into the app cart, and you complete the order there. Our initial launch covers service areas in Cairo and Giza with Cash on Delivery. Delivery fees, return policies, and support channels vary by seller and are shown before order confirmation.

Who helps you after ordering?

For direct orders, the order page indicates the responsible seller and appropriate support channel. For Amazon deals, after-sales service and returns are subject to the seller's details and policies shown on Amazon.
